Answers

1. What types of printers do your products work on?

All printers. We don't have any exceptions, no need to load special drivers either. X2 Print Accounting products just work!

2. How does the software fit into the print process?

When you print you get the system print dialog; after you press print in that dialog an alert windows will appear requesting input and allowing you to continue or cancel the print.

3. Where do I get the installers?

Right here: Installers.

4. How does the software activation work?

You need to be connected to the internet. The serial number is used to fetch a license for your computer from our server.

5. What format is used for the log files?

Data is stored internally in a relational database. You can export to tab delimited from checkBox. logSheet™ 2 allows CSV or tab delimited exports.

6. How much does it cost?

7. Do you have educational/volume pricing?

In short: Yes.

8. Is there a Trial Version?

There is a 10 Day trial of checkBox™ and a 15 day trial of logSheet™ 2.

9. What about support/upgrades?

You get 90 day e-mail support from support@x2studios.com . We offer support and updates subscriptions. Make sure to add one when you buy your licenses.

You also get unlimited access to our online knowledge base. If you need to contact us immediately via telephone, you can obtain the appropriate number through our Contact section.

10. How does the licensing work?

The licensing for X2 Print Accounting is on a "per seat" basis, meaning that you must purchase a license for every machine that you will run the software on. You have a limited number of activations so be sure to uninstall from old systems when migrating to new ones.
